The Certification Pending label means that a Web server has requested to be monitored by HitWatchers, that the monitoring is effective on a testing mode. |

The Certified Level 1 label authenticates that the HHVV (Hits, Hosts, Visitors, Views) values of the Web site are controlled and monitored by HitWatchers. This means that the number of Hits, the number of Hosts, the expected number of Visitors and the expected advertising Views are available and certified. |

The Certified Level 2 authenticates that the site is monitored and certified using more sophisticated technology, based on hardware located on site. The level 2 provides more accurate controls compared to level 1. |
